Making Sense of Pain: Online

September 14, 2022

Join us to learn to live better with pain in this free 10-week program designed to empower you to improve your quality of life and well-being.

Making Sense of Pain online is a self-management program running from 2:00-3:30PM on Wednesdays from October 12 to December 14, 2022 for people who live with pain. The group program is conducted online via Zoom videoconference and will teach you how to make small changes to improve your well-being.

Together, the group will explore pain science, factors that worsen and improve your experience of pain, the importance of community, and improving self-compassion and care. By the end of the program, our goal is to help you improve your understanding of pain, discover new ways to manage it, and to help you feel less alone.
