Unrest: Film Screening

June 01, 2018

Join Pain BC for a screening of the documentary Unrest, in which a PhD student shares her story of being diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and the difficulties she experiences in managing the chronic illness. ME, also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), is an invisible illness that can cause a variety of debilitating symptoms, including chronic pain, and affects more than 500,000 Canadians.

This event is by donation (pay what you can), with all proceeds directly supporting Pain BC's mission to improve the lives of people in pain. All donations are tax-deductible. Those who are unable to donate are invited to attend for free.

Doors open at 5:30PM, with the film screening starting at 6:00PM. Registration is strongly encouraged as seating is limited.

This event is co-sponsored by Dr. Aniz Khalfan.
