Help us improve the Pain Support Line

August 23, 2021

An arm holding a megaphoneAs part of our ongoing evaluation and program-improvement process, we are looking for people with pain to take part in brief, virtual interviews about our Pain Support Line program.

If you’re an adult (18+) BC resident with pain who is aware of the Pain Support Line (for example, you have seen an ad for the service or had it recommended by a friend or health provider) but have never contacted the Pain Support Line, we’re interested in hearing from you.

Participants will take part in a one-on-one videoconferencing interview with a member of the Pain BC staff. Interviews will be approximately 15 minutes in length and held during the week of September 7-10, 2021. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate interviewees’ schedules.

During the interviews, participants will answer questions about their impressions and understanding of the Pain Support Line, why they haven’t used the service, as well as ways the service could potentially be adapted to meet their individual needs. As a thank-you for each participant’s time, we will pay a $25 honorarium.
