Talk confidentially with our trained volunteers on the phone or online. Volunteers are available to assist you 10am–5pm Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays). We aim to get back to you within 3 business days.

How it works
After you contact us, we'll call you to gather more details and get a better sense of what's going on in your life. We'll discover what's worked and what hasn't worked and help prioritize your issues. Our initial conversation may take 15 minutes to 1 hour. Then, we'll conduct research and find the best services and support to meet your needs. Most importantly, we'll follow up to find out if there's anything else you need.
Our volunteers train for more than 30 hours before they start helping Connect for Health clients. Most of them are entering the health profession as doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, or social workers. They have a passion and commitment to improving the lives of people in pain. They are the future of our health care community.
