There is help for friends and family of people in pain. You are not alone. LivePlanBe is a free online self-management tool developed by Pain BC to support those living with pain, their friends and family to learn about pain and pain management.

Our connection with family, close friends or intimate partners may be challenged, and it can be hard to know what to do to address frayed connections.
